Serve with Tzatziki Sauce
3-4 Chicken Breasts cut into thin strips
1 cup homemade Yogurt
2 garlic cloves minced
2 TBSP fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 TBSP Olive Oil
1/2 TSP Organic Cinnamon
1/2 TSP Organic Oregano
1/2 TSP Himalayan Salt
1/4 TSP Organic Ground Nutmeg
1/4 TSP Organic Ground Cloves
1 TSP Organic Paprika
1 TSP Organic Tumeric
1 TSP Organic Cumin
1 TSP Organic Coriander
1 large Onion cut into thin strips
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Mix together all the dry spices.
- Whisk Yogurt, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, Garlic and all the dry spices to make marinade.
- Place Chicken and marinade mixture in a large baggy, getting all the air out of the bag.
- Marinade 4 hours or longer.
- Add onions to mixture.
- Place chicken mixture and onions on a greased jelly roll pan.
- Bake 30-40 minutes or until chicken is done.
